An inspection of the accident scene will be conducted by one of our Inquiry Agents, at which time measurements and photographs will be taken. Observations will be made as to the prescene of traffic control signals (in the case of a motor vehicle accident scene)and a detailed plan of the scene will then be prepared and submitted together with a detailed report

In the case of an Industrial accident it will probably be necessary for you to first obtain the consent of the Property Owners and/or the Operator of the business to enable our Agent to enter the property and/or building site/premises for the purposes of an inspection being conducted on your behalf.
