Our Field Call Report involves the following enquiries being conducted:-

• Agent attends the last known address, primarily to determine if the Subject ( Individual, Business or Company) are still located there.

•  If the Subject is found to be still located at the address, then a record of interview is conducted for the purposes of having the debt  acknowledged     and discussions made to try and negotiate an instalment offer which can then be submitted for your considerations.

•  A report is also prepared based on the interview and observations made as to the general living standard of the Subject along with any details of external assets (ie Motor Vehicles, Caravans, etc.) identified.

•  Obtain home and employment/business telephone numbers and employment details.

•  Where it is found that the Subejct has left the address, enquiries are conducted with the occupants and neighbours are interviewed for either a new address and/or any relevant information which may assist with the enquiries being conducted to locate the Subject.

• We will then promptly provide you with a factual report as to the results of the Field Call Report.

These types of enquiries are often undertaken before legal proceedings are commenced, so that unnecessary costs are incurred.
