We undertake on your behalf detailed enquiries for the purposes of identifying and locating property owned by a Debtor (Defendant, Third Party, etc.) or Company including Real Estate, Motor Vehicles, etc.

At the same time we also make enquiries to determine the 'currency' of the Subject's supplied address.

Background enquiries are also undertaken to establish details of any 'adverse' listings recorded against the Subject (ie Writs, Summonses, Complaints, Bankruptcy proceedings, etc.).

Finally we physically attend the Subject's home address and/or place of business and endeavour to obtain the co-operations of the Subject so that an interview can take place to establish full financial details (ie Bank Accounts, Real Estate, Motor Vehicles, Income, Employment, Debts, Cost of Living, etc).

Once these enquiries have been fully completed we are then able to prepare and submit a detailed report for your consideration.
