This type of search can be undertaken when you are endeavouring to locate either Debtors (Third Parties, Defendant) or Witnesses.

Initially we will attend the Debtor's/Witness's last known address and make enquiries with the current occupants and also neighbours with the latter being the best source for gathering helpful information concerning the Debtor's/Witness's new address, area where they moved to, occupation, employment details or even social activities (ie Sporting Clubs, etc.) that they may attend.

Further follow-up enquiries are then undertaken with Landlords, Property Owners and/or Managing Estate Agents, etc.

The results of the above will then be collated with the results of various types of other searches which will have already been undertaken.

A detailed report will then be generated and forwarded to your Office.

It is also possible for this type of inquiry to be undertaken in conjunction with a 'Financial/Assest Report'
